Warranty Terms:

The electronic components in the Sportsman Eyewear brand video recording glasses
are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days  
from the date of purchase.  The glasses, or any part thereof, will be repaired or re-   
placed at the sole discretion of Global1/Sportsman Eyewear.  An optional 3 year     
extended warranty can be purchased at:

The procedure to have warranty service performed is to obtain an RMA number, from
Global1/Sportsman Eyewear.  Once you have obtained an RMA number, send your    
glasses and original sales receipt to the address listed above.  Returns, for warranty     
service, must have an RMA number clearly marked, on the package, and will not be    
accepted without one.  Glasses will not be serviced without original receipt.  If this      
procedure is not followed, return postage must be paid before glasses will be returned
